UK-based | Remote | Must have Insurance experience
£70k - £80k base
We’re hiring a Marketing Demand Generation Manager to own and run our demand engine end-to-end, from first touch through to sales-qualified pipeline.
This is a hands-on, revenue-critical role. You won’t just plan campaigns, you’ll build them, launch them, optimise them, and prove they convert.
If you’ve scaled demand in B2B SaaS, know how to work closely with Sales, and have real experience driving pipeline in the insurance sector, we want to talk.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Build and run the demand engine
- Own full-funnel campaign execution: targeting, messaging, landing pages, forms, scoring, routing, nurture and conversion
- Design multi-touch nurture programmes for enterprise buyers (UK first, with a scalable US motion)
- Continuously improve conversion from visitor → lead → MQL → meeting → SQL
Own HubSpot (commercially, not just administratively)
- Maintain clean segmentation, lifecycle stages, lead routing, scoring and reporting
- Build workflows and dashboards Sales can trust
- Ensure GDPR-compliant execution for UK/EU audiences
Activate content that actually converts
- Turn existing and new content into campaign-ready assets: emails, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, short-form content, webinar follow-ups
- Use AI tools to accelerate production without sacrificing credibility
- Map everything to funnel stage and commercial outcome
Turn events into pipeline
- Build pre-event targeting and registration flows
- Own post-event follow-up, nurture and meeting-setting support
- Measure what converts — not just what gets scanned
Website & SEO fundamentals
- Improve conversion through practical updates (CTAs, forms, gated assets, landing pages)
- Support basic SEO and geo/vertical optimisation aligned to demand capture
What success looks like
- Live nurture tracks for priority segments within your first 90–120 days
- Clear, measurable pipeline contribution from campaigns and events
- Improved MQL → SQL conversion rates
- Board-ready reporting on meetings set, pipeline influenced and cost per opportunity
What we’re looking for:
Must-have
- 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation (complex or enterprise sales)
- Proven track record of pipeline creation, not just lead volume
- Hands-on HubSpot (or equivalent) experience
- Direct experience marketing into the UK & US market
- Comfortable in a lean, high-ownership environment
- Experience working within Insurance (non negotiable)
Strongly preferred
- Experience in insurance, financial services or regulated industries
- Solid understanding of UK/EU GDPR
- Confident using AI tools to move faster and smarter
Not the role for
- Pure brand or content marketers without funnel ownership
- CRM specialists who don’t drive demand or revenue impact

- UK-based, fully remote
- Salary up to £70–80k (depending on experience)
