What you’ll do
Lead Global Sales Strategy
- Own and execute the global sales strategy for digital products and services.
- Focus on driving scale across mid-sized enterprises in the US and Canada.
- Grow pipeline quality, conversion rates, and predictable revenue streams.
Drive Business Development & Market Expansion
- Unlock new industries and accounts through your established C-suite network.
- Position them as a trusted partner for transformation, modernization, and AI-led solutions.
Engage and Influence C-Suite Stakeholders
- Build strategic, executive-level relationships that convert into multi-year partnerships.
- Shape compelling, industry-specific value propositions across manufacturing, retail, healthcare, BFSI, insurance, and more.
Shape GTM Strategy & Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate with the Leadership team, Marketing, and Product leadership to align sales plays with GTM campaigns.
- Partner with Solution Engineering, Service Directors, and Delivery teams to ensure commitments translate into successful outcomes.
Amplify Global Impact
- Strengthen their presence across key markets in North America.
- Contribute to global brand elevation, analyst relations, and ecosystem partnerships.
What we’re looking for
- 15+ years of digital/technology sales and business development experience.
- Proven success winning multi-million-dollar deals.
- Deep market knowledge and credibility across North America.
- A powerful C-suite network and the ability to open doors at the highest levels.
- Expertise selling digital platforms, SaaS, cloud, AI/analytics, and transformation services.
- A balance of hunter energy (new logos) and farmer mindset (account growth).
- A global, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced growth environments with exceptional communication skills.
