Data Analyst | Oslo | Full-time | Hybrid prefered (Remote is fine)

AI supply chain start-up are building technology that helps organisations make smarter, faster decisions in complex and uncertain environments. Data sits at the heart of everything they do and they're now looking for a Data Analyst early in their career who’s excited about working with real-world, often unstructured data.

The Role:

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who wants to deepen their analytical skills while working closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

You’ll spend your time:

• Working with large, messy, and unstructured datasets from multiple sources
• Writing and optimising SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data
• Turning raw data into clear insights that support product and business decisions
• Helping improve data quality, models, and internal reporting
• Contributing to a growing data culture where curiosity and pragmatism matter

What They're Looking For:

We’re less interested in buzzwords and more interested in how you think about data.

You’ll likely have:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Strong, hands-on SQL skills (this is essential)
• Experience with Python or similar tools for data analysis
• A genuine interest in working with unstructured or semi-structured data
• Confidence explaining insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A curious mindset and a willingness to learn fast

Nice to have (but not required):



• Exposure to cloud data platforms or modern analytics stacks
• Interest in supply chains, risk, or decision-support systems
