This is a hands-on role where you will take on both development and execution responsibilities, with a long-term vision of expanding the team over the next 12–24 months to establish a dedicated Training and Enablement department. Are you passionate about equipping sales teams with the tools, training, and strategies needed to excel? We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing overall sales performance. What You’ll Be Doing: • Sales Enablement Strategy – Work with Sales Leadership to develop and implement a structured enablement strategy that supports sales growth, productivity, and revenue targets. • Training & Development – Design and deliver engaging training programs, sales boot camps, and coaching sessions to enhance selling skills, objection handling, and negotiation techniques. • Content & Playbooks – In collaboration with Sales Leadership, create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and value proposition materials that align with the buyer journey. • Technology & CRM Optimisation – Leverage sales enablement platforms, CRM tools (HubSpot), and AI-driven insights to streamline processes and enhance performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and a seamless sales experience. • Onboarding Excellence – Design and execute structured onboarding programs to help new hires ramp up quickly and effectively. – Hands-on task as you will be onboarding new hires personally. • Performance Analytics – Monitor sales operating models and motions, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted solutions to drive measurable results. • Sales Readiness – Ensure the team is equipped with the latest industry insights, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to win more deals. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training within a fast-paced environment (B2B SaaS). • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, SPICED, Challenger) and best practices. • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and influence sales teams. • Proficiency in CRM and sales tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, or similar platforms). • Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights to measure and enhance sales effectiveness. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
