Pistachio is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our high-performing sales team by enhancing our CRM, refining lead qualification, and improving overall sales operations. This role is instrumental in ensuring our sales team has the best possible tools and insights to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to streamline processes and provide data-backed recommendations that directly impact sales performance. What You’ll Be Doing: • CRM Optimisation – Maintain and enhance our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, process automation, and seamless integration with sales tools. • Lead Management – Develop and implement a lead qualification and lead scoring system to help prioritise high-quality opportunities for the sales team. • Sales Operations Support – Assist in managing sales workflows, automating manual processes through Zapier, and ensuring seamless handoffs between Marketing and Sales. • Reporting & Analytics – Use Tableau to track and analyse key sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and conversion rates. • Tech Stack Management – Ensure the sales team effectively uses Apollo, Gong, and other enablement tools to enhance productivity. • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to align processes and ensure data-driven decision-making. • Process Improvement – Continuously assess and refine sales operations to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency. What We’re Looking For: • Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment (preferably B2B SaaS). • Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), lead management, and automation tools (Zapier, Apollo, Gong). • Data-driven mindset with experience using Tableau or similar reporting tools to measure and optimise sales performance. • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively to sales leadership. • Strong analytical skills with a passion for process improvement and efficiency.
