A fast-growing European AI/ML-powered cybersecurity awareness SaaS vendor is expanding into Valencia, building a brand-new commercial team. After generating €2M ARR in the last 12 months, they have secured an unannounced €10M Series A, fueling their aggressive expansion. This is an opportunity to spearhead sales efforts in a high-growth environment, with future expansion into the US in 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- End-to-End Sales Ownership – Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Revenue Generation – Drive new business by selling the company's AI-powered cybersecurity training platform to SMB and Mid-Market customers across industries.
- Solution Selling – Understand customer pain points, align the platform's value proposition, and craft compelling sales pitches.
- Process-Driven Execution – Work within a structured sales methodology to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Quota Ownership – Treat your sales target as your responsibility, with exceeding it as the expectation.
- Fast-Paced Sales Cycles – Close deals ranging from €5K – €50K+ with sales cycles of 2 weeks to 3 months.
- Team Growth – Help establish Valencia as the next commercial hub before US expansion in 2026.
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in SaaS, preferably in SMB & Mid-Market.
- Ability to generate new revenue through strong prospecting and pipeline management.
- Hunter mentality – excited by new business and closing deals.
- Process-driven approach – structured, self-aware, and able to execute a sales methodology.
- Adaptability – thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Growth mindset – ability to work independently and contribute to team expansion.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
