About the Company

This is a high-growth B2B SaaS business building agentic AI solutions that automate AI-driven workflows across sales and customer operations. Their platform is designed to streamline complex processes, improve efficiency and enable teams to scale without increasing headcount.

The product is already gaining traction across EMEA, particularly within enterprise environments where operational complexity is high. The business is now entering a key growth phase, with a strong focus on building a repeatable sales motion in the UK.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help drive pipeline growth. This is not a “first BDR role” — we’re looking for someone who already understands what strong outbound looks like and is ready to operate with ownership, confidence and pace.

If you’ve spent 1+ years in a BDR/SDR role within SaaS or a startup/scale-up environment, and enjoy building pipeline through smart, targeted outbound, this role offers real autonomy, the chance to be part of building a UK function from scratch, and meaningful impact within an enterprise sales motion.

This is a pure outbound, enterprise-focused role. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging target accounts, creating opportunities from cold, and working closely with senior leadership to break into complex organisations.

It’s a true hunter role with high ownership and clear expectations around pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

  • Build outbound pipeline through cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
  • Identify and engage enterprise target accounts
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the sales team
  • Develop messaging and outreach strategies aligned to the market
  • Work closely with leadership to shape the UK go-to-market approach

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a BDR / SDR role within B2B SaaS
  • Strong outbound experience and confidence generating pipeline from cold
  • Comfortable selling into enterprise or complex organisations
  • Self-starter mindset, able to operate with minimal structure
  • Motivated by targets, performance and commercial outcomes
