Sales Manager
Role – Sales Manager
Overview – due to their rapid growth (they've generated 2M EUR ARR in the last 12 months), they're looking for multiple sales people to spearhead the new commercial team in Valencia. Individuals who can run an end to end sales cycle, own a sales target, sell SaaS solutions to SMB and mid-market customers and be part of a high growth team. They need sales leaders who can support this growth and make sure targets are hit.
Company - Have just landed an unannounced €8M Series A, the AI/ML hyper personalised and fully automated platform helps companies with cyber security awareness training. They have massive growth plans for EMEA and then opening up in the US in 2026.
Customers - SMB and Mid-Market (cross industry)
Office - Valencia - (remote but a little travel to the office required each month)
Deals - 5k - 50k+, 2 week to 3 month sales cycles
Package - negotiable base salary, good comp, stock
What they're looking for - able to generate new revenue, hungry, solid process, self aware, can work fast
